		<description>I loved this article so much I added it as a permanent link in the side bar of my web page. I believe one of the biggest milestones in my life was learning the difference of relational actions vs. conditional.  

Being happy may make a task easier and the doing of a task may make me happier - those are relational activities.  Conditional is when you HAVE to complete step 1 to move to step 2, or to even determine what step 2 should be. You do not have to be in any particular mood to do a task and vice versa. Often we link emotions as conditional when in reality they very seldom are.
